Job summary

Alliant Credit Union in Chicago is seeking an experienced leader to oversee Business Continuity, incident response, and regulatory exam readiness. You will drive BIA development, recovery planning, testing, and governance across technology and enterprise functions.

The role requires a deep background in BC/DR, risk management, and project leadership, with on-call duties and monthly/quarterly executive reporting in a hybrid, full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum - High School or Equivalent
• Preferred - 4 Years Bachelors Degree in Business Continuity, Technology, Business Management, Business Operations or related
• Minimum - 10 Years ofBusiness Continuity, Incident Response, Disaster Recovery, Project Management or related

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of BIA and recovery plans, ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Lead the second line of defense oversight of the Business Continuity Program (BCP) and incident response discussions.
• Represent the organization in regulatory and audit discussions and promote program awareness through meetings and exercises.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with technology to ensure alignment between disaster recovery and business continuity programs.
• Lead incident response and on-call leadership for incidents and executive communications.
