Job summary

Unlockt Brands Inc. is seeking an Office-based SCM Inbound Specialist to oversee end-to-end inventory flow from supplier readiness to inventory availability for fulfillment.

You will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams, preparing complete receiving documents and packets for timely inbound processing. This role emphasizes meticulous data management in ERP/WMS, dock scheduling, exception resolution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate, on-time

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain coordination or inbound logistics.
• Experience preparing shipping/receiving documentation and coordinating deliveries.
• Experience maintaining ERP inventory/shipment records and reconciling discrepancies.
• Experience in consumer products or retail distribution is a plus; NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end inbound inventory flow from supplier readiness to fulfillment.
• Maintain inbound tracker for PO, shipments, receipts, and availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and 3PLs to confirm schedules.
• Prepare receiving packets with PO, SKU, quantities, labels, and lot data.
• Arrange dock appointments and confirm receiving requirements.
• Coordinate import docs with freight forwarders and brokers; escalate delays.
• Record data in ERP/WMS; reconcile quantities and deliveries.
• Investigate shortages, damages, or discrepancies; route for resolution.
• Track on-time delivery and improve inbound SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
