Job summary

Unlockt Brands, Inc. is seeking an SCM Inbound Specialist (Office) to manage end-to-end inventory flow from supplier readiness to fulfillment. This office-based role ensures accurate receiving documents and timely handoffs by coordinating with suppliers, freight partners, SCM, and warehouse teams.

The role emphasizes tracking, data integrity, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve inbound processes. Strong Excel and ERP system skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain coordination, inbound logistics, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience preparing shipping/receiving documentation and coordinating with warehouses/3PLs.
• Experience maintaining ERP/shipment records and reconciling discrepancies.
• Consumer products/retail distribution experience a plus; NetSuite or similar ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an end-to-end inbound tracker for POs, shipment readiness, pickup, transit milestones, receipts, and inventory availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL partners on shipment details and delivery schedules.
• Collect and validate PO, packing lists, commercial invoices, bills of lading, ASNs, and other shipment documents; resolve missing or inconsistent information.
• Prepare and distribute complete receiving packets to warehouse teams with references, SKU and quantity details, units of measure, labels, and lot/expiration data as applicable.
• Arrange delivery appointments with warehouse and transportation partners; confirm dock capacity and handling requirements.
• Coordinate import documentation with freight forwarders and customs brokers; escalate missing documents or delays.
