Job summary

Deployed Global Solutions, LLC is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to oversee warehouse operations and end-to-end inventory control. You will manage stock movements, optimize packing and shipping, and coordinate across supply chain functions to meet delivery goals.

Required are 5+ years of relevant experience, ERP/WMS proficiency, and vendor management. Knowledge of NetSuite and Office 365 is essential; APICS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics or related field.
• Vendor management experience in warehouse and transportation across inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics.
• Knowledge and experience with ERP and WMS systems.
• Packaging engineering background and APICS certification(s) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient warehouse operations and logistics management.
• Track and maintain accurate stock movements.
• Control and maintain inventory records and data on shipments.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stock-outs.
• Perform and report cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Operate and move inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against POs.
• Prepare outbound shipments and packing lists.
• Use NetSuite and Microsoft Office 365 to manage data and reports.
