DISA Uranium is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in the United States to bring recruiting in-house. You will lead full‑cycle hiring across corporate, technical and field roles, from planning to onboarding, while shaping the recruiting process and employer brand.

The role emphasizes hands‑on execution, setting up systems and driving hiring metrics. Ideal candidates have deep experience in technical recruiting and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including 2+ years in-house.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering or skilled field roles in mining, energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, utilities or similar.
• Track record of sourcing and closing hard-to-fill candidates without agencies.
• Hands-on ATS administration experience (Workable or similar).
• Knowledge of U.S. employment law as it applies to hiring: EEO, FCRA and pay transparency.

Responsibilities

• Stand up DISA Uranium's in-house recruiting model and transition searches from external firm.
• Design a consistent hiring process: intake meetings, structured interviews, scorecards, approvals and offer steps.
• Own the applicant tracking system: configuration, workflows, templates and data quality.
• Write and maintain recruiting policies, job description standards and interview guides.
• Build an annual hiring plan with department leaders tied to goals and budget.
• Coach hiring managers and interview panels on structured, fair interviewing.
