Job summary

DISA Uranium Corporation is expanding its talent acquisition function to bring in-house recruitment for corporate, technical, field operations and remediation roles. You will own full-cycle recruitment, establish processes, and build an employer brand to scale hiring.

The role requires hands-on experience with ATS administration, sourcing and closing hard-to-fill roles in mining/energy sectors, while ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2 years in-house.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering or skilled field roles in mining, energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, utilities or similar industry.
• Track record of sourcing and closing hard-to-fill candidates without relying on agencies.
• Hands-on ATS administration experience (Workable or similar).
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment law as it applies to hiring: EEO, FCRA and pay transparency.
• Strong writing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build the function: Stand up DISA Uranium's in-house recruiting model and transition open searches from the outside firm.
• Plan and partner: Work with the Director of HR and department leaders to build an annual hiring plan tied to company goals and budget.
• Recruit: Manage a full-cycle requisition load across corporate, technical and field roles.
• Employer brand and outreach: Write job postings in the DISA Uranium voice and build relationships with universities and workforce programs.
• Compliance and reporting: Keep hiring compliant with EEO, FCRA and state requirements; report hiring metrics to leadership.
• Onboarding hand-off: Partner with HR operations so new hires have paperwork and safety training on day one.
