Job summary

Great Gray Group is hiring a Director, Strategic Implementations in Boston, MA. You will lead the most complex, high-profile customer implementations, acting as the primary client contact and coordinating internal teams to deliver to the SOW.

The role requires 10+ years in complex, cross-functional delivery and 5+ years managing SaaS implementations, with willingness to travel as needed. Hybrid work is supported with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement and 10+ years in complex, cross-functional delivery.
• 5+ years managing complex SaaS implementations.
• Experience building bespoke solutions on top of SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex customer implementations and serve as primary client contact.
• Develop detailed project plans, meeting agendas, action items and status updates.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Technology, Marketing and Onboarding teams to meet SOW.
• Manage risks, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain high quality outcomes.
• Report metrics and risks to stakeholders and drive process improvements.
