Job summary

Great Gray is seeking a Director, Strategic Implementations to lead the most complex customer implementations across our SaaS technology suite. You will act as the primary customer-facing owner, guiding scoping, planning, and delivery to meet the Statement of Work (SOW) with internal teams.

The role requires 10+ years in complex, cross-functional delivery, 5+ years in SaaS implementations, and the ability to manage multi-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years owning complex, cross-functional, customer-facing delivery or implementations.
• 5+ years specifically managing complex SaaS technology implementations.
• Experience building bespoke solutions on top of existing SaaS tech.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end delivery of complex customer implementations of the SaaS technology suite.
• Scoping requirements and establishing detailed project plans with active maintenance.
• Act as primary customer-facing owner coordinating plans and delivering to the SOW.
• Reviewing and challenging customer specifications to ensure deliverability.
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Technology, Marketing and Onboarding teams.
