Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Location Manager to oversee the location's operations and lead a high-performing team. You will drive performance, manage budgets, and own KPIs while ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth daily production processes.

The role requires relocation willingness, five to seven years of management experience with P&L responsibility, and a bachelor’s degree preferred. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position within the Rental organization.

Qualifications

• Must have or be eligible for relocation.
• Five to seven years of management experience including full P&L responsibility, managing budgets, long-range strategic planning, and workforce planning.
• Experience supervising and directing people to achieve end results within limited timeframes.
• Attendance is an essential function of the job.

• Deal with customer service issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory, manage a budget, and address operational issues affecting service.
