Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading and managing large-scale IT deployments, with ERP emphasis.
• Minimum 5 years of experience turning around troubled or high-risk projects with strong communication to executives.
• Quality Improvement experience with ISO-9000, CMMI, or Six Sigma.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, integrators, and buyers including contract oversight and escalation.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to introduce and standardize PM processes, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
• Experience providing dotted-line leadership, coaching, and career development guidance.
