Job summary

You will document requirements, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal partners to drive onboarding and ongoing support.

The role demands strong project management, client relationship skills, and knowledge of PBM operations. Travel up to 10% is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education with relevant experience in healthcare or PBM.
• Experience managing deployment projects and client onboarding.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for new clients to MedImpact processes and services.
• Coordinate with client teams and internal partners to meet timelines.
• Document client requirements and gather sign-off.
• Track milestones and provide status updates to leadership.
• Ensure service levels and contract compliance throughout implementation.
