Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks an Implementation Manager to oversee transition of new business into MedImpact, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery. You will collaborate with client teams across 30+ units, manage deliverables, and drive ongoing revenue opportunities.

The role requires strong project management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with knowledge of PBM operations and Salesforce usage. On-site work in a dynamic healthcare setting is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; two to four years in healthcare or PBM environment for Level I–III.
• Experience coordinating with clients and internal teams for successful implementations.
• Strong documentation, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains client relationships during onboarding and transition to maintenance.
• Ensures adherence to client service agreements and project timelines.
• Documents client requirements and expectations using Salesforce and other tools.
• Drives on-time delivery of implementation milestones and manages risk indicators.
• Coordinates with multiple business units to ensure accurate claims adjudication setups.
