Job summary

AffirmedRx is seeking a Director of Client Implementations to lead onboarding and renewal efforts for healthcare PBM clients. The role drives strategic planning, execution, and high-quality implementation outcomes while mentoring the implementation team and ensuring clear communication with executives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of healthcare/PBM leadership, a business/healthcare administration background, and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare and/or PBM implementations.
• Ability to lead large diverse client portfolios and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel 20-40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement and provide executive-level support and updates for client implementations.
• Mentor and develop the implementation team and collaborate across functions for best-in-class client outcomes.
• Develop strategies to meet implementation performance guarantees and drive client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales, RFI/RFP processes, and internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and renewals.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration

PMP certification preferred
