Responsibilities

• Owns direction and strategy for Provisioning and Lifecycle Management.
• Define requirements and technical solutions for multiple systems; create docs and coordinate with partners.
• Manage vendors, budgets, contract negotiations, and planning.
• Troubleshoot high-complexity issues and mentor junior staff.
• Represent systems to leadership; own lifecycle end-to-end.
• Collaborate to build roadmaps with partners and stakeholders.
• Lead monitoring strategy for assigned systems.
• Engage in cross-functional discussions and contribute to broader forums.
