Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Lead Systems Analyst for Talent Systems to advance the employee lifecycle through scalable SaaS solutions. You will partner with the People Department and engineering teams to translate business priorities into secure, scalable capabilities, prioritizing Staff experiences and organizational growth.

The role requires strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and a proactive, self-driven approach to drive system enhancements and successful delivery across talent platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or Technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems analysis or related field
• Experience with vendor selections and SaaS implementations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and align technology solutions with goals.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and coordinate with SaaS vendors or engineering partners.
• Lead optimization of SaaS systems and integrations to streamline processes.
• Implement and maintain talent management systems and related tools.
• Leverage data to evaluate program effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure integration between talent platforms and other enterprise systems.
• Oversee system upgrades and deployments with minimal disruptions.
• Collaborate with SaaS vendors to implement new features and address technical challenges.
