Job summary

Chick-fil-A, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Lead Systems Analyst, Identity & Access to shape our provisioning and lifecycle management, working across identity platforms. You will influence strategic direction, own system lifecycles, and collaborate with partners to scale security posture.

The role requires deep Identity management experience, strong scripting (Python/XML), and proven leadership in cross-functional initiatives. Travel ~10% and a flexible hybrid work model are offered.

Responsibilities

• Own decisions and set direction for provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Define requirements and technical solutions for multiple medium-large systems.
• Document requirements, process maps, test plans, and communications with partners.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contract negotiations.
• Support high-complexity issues and mentor junior team members.
• Lead strategic roadmap discussions with stakeholders.
• Represent systems to leadership and own lifecycle end-to-end.
