Unison Risk Advisors Inc. is seeking an ezICHRA Customer Success Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience across the ICHRA lifecycle. You will own relationships through implementation, onboarding, education, compliance support, renewals, and ongoing optimization to maximize client value.

The role blends strategic account management with hands-on support to drive adoption, retention, and growth within healthcare benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer success or account management experience in healthcare or benefits.
• Life & Health Insurance license or ability to obtain with sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Own customer relationships through implementation, onboarding, and renewal activities.
• Provide strategic guidance on ICHRA plan administration, utilization, and best practices.
• Track engagement, retention, utilization, and satisfaction metrics and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and Platform teams to ensure seamless experience.
