The successful candidate will have 3–5+ years of commercial lending experience and will work with product partners to grow revenue while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Three to eight years of sales experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, negotiation, financial analysis, and deal structuring skills.
• Ability to manage large portfolio and operate independently in a virtual sales environment.
• Disciplined around risk management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end deal management, including negotiations, pricing within return targets, and relationship plans.
• Grow revenue, improve client satisfaction and retention, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with product partners to identify opportunities and refer them for solution delivery.
• Support client service needs and day‑to‑day account management for a seamless experience.
