Job summary

Leidos seeks a Contracts Manager – Solutions to support its Intelligence Community efforts in Chantilly, VA (with St. Louis, MO as an alternative). The role partners with business leaders, program teams, and government customers to deliver innovative solutions while ensuring contract lifecycle excellence.

You will balance mission objectives with regulatory compliance, negotiating complex terms and guiding procurement strategies in a fast-paced environment for diverse IC programs and captures.

Qualifications

• BA degree required; 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 6+ years.
• Experience providing cradle-to-grave contract administration for U.S. Government contracts.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead reviews of RFPs and prepare compliant Contracts Volumes.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with CI polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contractual advisor to programs, captures, and business leaders.
• Provide strategic guidance on risk, compliance, negotiation strategies, and business decisions.
• Support growth by advising capture and proposal teams on acquisition strategies.
• Lead negotiations and administration of contracts, modifications, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with government customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex contractual matters and achieve objectives.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and customer-specific policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, mitigate risk, and enhance performance.
