Leidos is seeking a Contracts Manager – Solutions to support the Intelligence Community programs across Chantilly, VA or St. Louis, MO.

You will act as a strategic contractual advisor, guiding negotiations and contract administration from proposal through closeout, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies. Qualifications

• BA degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Cradle‑to‑grave contract administration and management support for U.S. Government contracts, subcontracts, and proposal support.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR/DFARS and the emerging Federal acquisition environment.
• Strong leadership, prioritization, and analysis in reviewing RFPs and preparing compliant Contracts Volumes and OCI Plans.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and co-locate with program teams; collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contractual advisor to assigned programs, captures, and business leaders.
• Provide strategic guidance on contractual risk, compliance, negotiation strategies, and business decision‑making.
• Support growth initiatives by advising capture and proposal teams on acquisition strategies and contractual approaches.
• Lead negotiations and administration of contracts, modifications, teaming agreements, NDAs, and other arrangements.
• Build and maintain relationships with government customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Program Management, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to resolve complex contractual matters.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and customer-specific acquisition policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, mitigate risk, and enhance performance across the portfolio.
