Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Contracts Manager to support a dynamic portfolio focused on national security. You will provide governance, lead contract proposals, and manage contracts across the Intel Sector, ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, deep government contracts knowledge, and an active TS/SCI with polygraph. Hybrid work at client sites in Northern VA, DC, and Bethesda may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience or Master's with 6+ years in contracts.
• Deep knowledge of government contracts, subcontracts, and proposal support.
• Ability to influence decisions and manage multiple contracts.
• Active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph required.
• FAR/DFAR, OTAs, CRADAs knowledge.
• Strong negotiation and risk management skills.
