Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead governance, proposals, and administration across critical security programs. You will manage risk, ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and related regulations, and nurture customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a strong track record in government contracting. You will work hybrid across customer sites in Northern VA, Washington DC, and Bethesda MD, shaping strategic contract outcomes

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of government contracts, subcontracts and proposal support.
• Ability to lead complex terms and conditions negotiations with stakeholders.
• Proven governance, risk management and compliance oversight capabilities.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR, OTAs, CRADAs and commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance, contract administration, and risk management across a portfolio.
• Lead contract proposals and negotiations while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Foster customer relationships and deliver solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
