Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Contracts Manager – Solutions to advise on strategic contractual decisions across Intelligence Community programs. You will partner with program teams, capture leaders, and executives to navigate complex contracts from proposal through closeout.

The role requires strong FAR/DFAR knowledge and a Top Secret/SCI clearance. Location options include Chantilly, VA, with St. Louis, MO as an acceptable work location.

Qualifications

• Requires BA degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Cradle-to-grave contract administration and management support for U.S. Government contracts, subcontracts, and proposal support with diverse contract types.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR/DFAR and the federal acquisition environment.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with OCI plans and working in highly classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contractual advisor to assigned programs, captures, and business leaders.
• Provide strategic guidance on contractual risk, compliance, negotiation strategies, and decision-making.
• Support growth by advising capture and proposal teams on acquisition strategies and requirements.
• Lead negotiations and administration of contracts, modifications, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with government customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to resolve complex matters.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and customer policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, mitigate risk, and enhance performance across the portfolio.
