Job summary

Leidos seeks a Contracts Manager to support the National Solutions Business Area, collaborating with program teams and federal customers to shepherd contracts from proposal through closeout.

The role emphasizes strategic guidance, risk management, and compliant negotiations across multiple contract types; the successful candidate will work with cross-functional leaders and hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• BA degree with 8+ years experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• Cradle-to-grave contract administration for U.S. Government contracts.
• Knowledge of various contract types and FAR/DFAR; federal acquisition environment.
• Experience reviewing RFPs and preparing Contracts Volumes; strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Ability to lead, prioritize work, and collaborate with program teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contractual advisor to programs, captures, and leaders.
• Provide guidance on risk, compliance, negotiation strategies, and business decisions.
• Advise capture and proposal teams on acquisition strategies and requirements.
• Lead negotiations and administration of contracts, including NDAs and teaming agreements.
• Build relationships with government customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Partner with PM, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and customer policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and mitigate risk.
