Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead governance, proposal activities, and contract administration across mission-critical programs. You will manage risk, ensure compliance, and maintain customer relationships in a dynamic national security portfolio.

The role requires deep government contracts expertise and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph, with a hybrid work arrangement at customer sites in Northern VA and Bethesda, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 12+ years of experience or Master's with 10+ years.
• Deep knowledge of government contracts, subcontracts and proposal support.
• Ability to make sound business judgments and manage multiple activities.
• Expert-level negotiation skills on complex terms and conditions.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR, OTAs, CRADAs, and commercial agreements.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
