Job summary

Leidos seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to support the National Solutions portfolio within the Intelligence Sector. The role partners with program teams, business leaders, and IC customers to deliver compliant, innovative contractual solutions across the lifecycle.

A strong background in cradle-to-grave management and FAR/DFAR is essential. The position requires a BA with 8+ years (or a Master’s with 6+ years) of relevant experience and active Top Secret/SCI with CI polygraph.

Qualifications

• cradle-to-grave contract administration and management support for U.S. Government contracts and proposals.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR/DFAR and Federal acquisition environment.
• Experience with multiple contract types and government customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contractual advisor to programs, captures, and leadership.
• Provide strategic guidance on risk, compliance, negotiation, and business decisions.
• Advise on acquisition strategies, solicitation requirements, and contractual approaches.
• Lead negotiations and administration of contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and teamings.
• Collaborate with Government customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
