Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager for its Mission Solutions Business Area within the Intel Sector. The role focuses on governance, contract administration, and risk management across critical national security programs, requiring deep knowledge of government contracting and proposal support.

The ideal candidate will lead complex negotiations, advise internal stakeholders, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 12+ years; or Master's + 10+ years in contracts.
• Deep knowledge of government contracts, subcontracts, and proposal support.
• Strong business judgment, independent work, and team collaboration.
• Expert-level negotiation of complex terms and conditions.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR, OTAs, CRADAs, and commercial agreements.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
