Job summary

Grainger is a leading broad line distributor seeking an Account Manager. The role focuses on delivering growth across a defined geography with an average of 30–35 current accounts and $2–$3.5M in annual revenue.

You will use Salesforce CRM to manage activities and report to the District Sales Manager of Commercial. This full-time hybrid position requires 3+ years of outside sales experience and the ability to travel to customers at least monthly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct outside sales experience.
• Travel to each customer within market at least monthly.
• Sales forecasting, opportunity management and customer planning.
• Ability to align planning goals with a pipeline development process.

Responsibilities

• Develop account penetration strategies and conduct regular business reviews.
