Grainger, a leading broad-line distributor, seeks an Account Manager in Woburn, MA. This hybrid role reports to the District Sales Manager of Manufacturing and uses Salesforce CRM to manage 30–35 current accounts with annual revenue of $2–$3.5M per client.

You will drive account growth by understanding customer goals, leveraging Grainger resources, and performing regular business reviews to maximize sales. Travel monthly is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years direct outside sales experience.
• Experience with sales forecasting and opportunity management.
• Willingness to travel monthly to customer sites.

• Understand customer goals and remain responsive to changing needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of market data and Grainger resources to respond to developments.
• Oversee managed inventory tasks to grow understanding of customers and sales.
