Job summary

Travel up to 20% is required; you will collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales teams to select equipment, price proposals, and manage contracts from design through completion.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction or Engineering Technology, or related area.
• 5+ years of field sales experience, or equivalent.
• 5-10 years HVAC experience.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Maximize account penetration and customer retention across contractor, consulting engineer, and architect accounts.
• Combine technical expertise with strategic sales execution to identify opportunities, influence system design decisions, and deliver tailored HVAC solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure equipment selection, pricing, and seamless project execution from design through completion.
• Using account management process to identify key customers and develop action plans to grow accounts.
