The Managing Consultant will lead a team in the development of strategic human capital plans to foster workforce transformation efforts including revised hiring, retention, performance management, and workforce development processes among other functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic human capital transformation.
• 5+ years in management consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce transformation efforts for the United States Secret Service.
• Develop strategic human capital plans and implementation plans.
• Prepare for and lead stakeholder discussions and leadership briefings.
