Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment, where they will lead workforce transformation efforts for the United States Secret Service organization. The Senior Consultant will lead a workstream in support of the development of strategic human capital plan and growth plan.

Working under the direction of a Managing Consultant, the Senior will assist in analyzing workforce data and gleaning insights to inform the creation of a strategic human capital plan and

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience leading strategic workforce transformation efforts and directing a team.
• 3+ years of management consulting experience in workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce transformation efforts for the United States Secret Service.
• Develop strategic human capital and growth plans.
• Analyze workforce data to glean insights for plans and improvements.
• Prepare briefing materials and lead stakeholder discussions with senior leaders.
• Manage multiple assignments with accuracy and timely delivery.
