Mercy seeks a qualified professional to serve as the primary liaison between Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), service providers, and the customer. You will translate business objectives into actionable IT and clinical equipment plans and manage ongoing relationships with Mercy stakeholders.

The role involves overseeing project teams, driving cost savings on service contracts, and coordinating across departments to ensure equipment meets caregiver needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Experience overseeing project teams and/or work processes.
• Preference for candidates with biomed and information technology experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate service strategy with Mercy stakeholders and service providers.
• Direct day-to-day service escalations and ensure alignment with customer objectives.
• Assist with capital equipment budgeting and long-range planning with community leaders.
• Identify cost savings opportunities in service contracts and equipment purchases.
