Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Five years of strategic partnerships experience in public health/nonprofit/philanthropic settings.
Three years of stakeholder and project management experience.
Two years supporting executive-level partnerships.

Responsibilities

Map MHM's partnership ecosystem to identify connection opportunities, gaps, and trends.
Serve as project manager and liaison for strategic partnerships and cross-functional initiatives.
Track partnership performance against key metrics and industry benchmarks.
Identify, cultivate, negotiate, and steward executive-level partnerships aligned with MHM's mission.
Develop executive-level briefs, presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal/external audiences.
Build and refine partnership systems, tools, and pipeline processes.
Provide forward-looking market intelligence and equity-focused analyses.
Support MHM's participation in conferences, webinars, and related forums.
Plan and manage partnership meetings and disseminate outcomes.
