Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field related to biomedical engineering or healthcare technology management.
• CBET, CHTM or similar certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years biomedical equipment service experience in a hospital/healthcare setting.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience overseeing biomedical service teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Biomedical Services across assigned facilities.
• Mentor BMETs and supervisors, driving accountability and growth.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and regulatory testing.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and service contracts.
• Oversee CMMS administration, reporting, and lifecycle management.
• Develop capital replacement strategies with hospital leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvements.
