Job summary

Strattec Security Corporation is seeking a strategic HRIS Manager to lead administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our HRIS ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on payroll, system implementations, data integrity, and reporting.

In this role you will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure compliant and scalable HR operations, driving cross-functional projects that enhance processes and system capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• 5+ years HRIS experience with increasing responsibility
• Strong payroll knowledge and payroll systems experience
• Demonstrated HRIS implementations, upgrades, or conversions
• Proven project management of cross-functional initiatives
• Experience driving process improvement and operational efficiency
• Advanced reporting and data management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS administration, optimization, data governance, security, and performance.
• Partner with Payroll, IT, Finance and leaders to ensure compliant, scalable HR operations.
• Lead HR technology implementations, upgrades, and conversions; translate requirements into systems solutions.
• Drive process improvements to automate workflows and standardize HR processes.
• Manage multiple HRIS and payroll projects with timelines, risks, and budgets.
• Design and maintain HR, payroll, and compliance reports and dashboards.
