Job summary

Grupo Eulen USA seeks an HRIS Director to lead the HR technology strategy, governance, and operations across the organization. You will own the HRIS roadmap, ensure data integrity, and partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to optimize platforms.

You will drive workforce analytics, reporting, and payroll governance while guiding digital transformation across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years Payroll and HRIS experience in HR function.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics skills.
• In-depth knowledge of UKG Pro / Kronos.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation, configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of HR systems (UKG Pro / Kronos).
• Oversee payroll governance, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Design executive dashboards, HR scorecards, and KPI reporting.
• Lead HRIS strategy, governance, and cross-functional projects across HR, Finance, Payroll, IT.
• Mentor and develop the HRIS team; drive digital transformation.
