PBI-Gordon Companies is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead HRIS, data governance, reporting, and system optimization across HR operations. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on configuration and analytics, partnering with IT, vendors, and business leaders to enable a high-impact employee experience.

You will own HR technology projects, manage dashboards in Power BI, ensure data integrity, and drive process improvements through automation while supporting workforce lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS administration experience in a mid-to-large organization.
• Advanced data skills with Excel and Power BI for dashboards and reports.
• Proven experience supporting and optimizing HR technology platforms and workflows.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Strategic thinker who can drive adoption and process improvements.
• Experience with SharePoint and Power Automate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS administration and optimization across HR platforms (HRIS, ATS, Performance)
• Manage configuration, upgrades, and governance of HR systems.
• Lead HR technology projects from initiation to rollout with stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and deliver HR dashboards and ad-hoc reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, Payroll, Talent, and MarComm on integrations and security.
• Maintain data integrity and role-based security across HR systems.
