Job summary

PBI-Gordon is seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to oversee HRIS operations, data governance, and reporting. You will manage end-to-end HR technology platforms and lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize workflows and user experiences.

You will collaborates with Payroll, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and IT to implement new modules, perform upgrades, and drive automation while ensuring data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or IT
• 5+ years of HRIS administration experience in a mid-to-large organization
• Advanced data skills using Excel and Power BI to create dashboards and reports
• Experience supporting and optimizing HR technology platforms, end-to-end operations, workflow streamlining, and UX enhancements
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences
• Experience with SharePoint and Power Automate is a plus
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen
• E-Verify work eligibility in the United States

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS, HR data, workflows, and reporting operations
• Serve as SME and primary administrator for HR technology platforms (HRIS, ATS, performance management, Halo ticketing)
• Manage admin, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR tech functionality
• Lead recurring HR system cycles like performance reviews and merit planning
• Own HR tech projects from initiation to implementation, including integrations and vendor transitions
• Configure workflows, fields, security roles, and system modules
• Manage system upgrades, testing, and feature rollouts
• Maintain data integrity through audits and governance
• Manage role-based security and access permissions
• Identify inefficiencies and automate HR processes
• Document workflows, SOPs, and system configurations
• Develop dashboards and provide ad hoc HR reporting
• Liaise with vendors on updates, renewals, and issue resolution
• Partner with IT on integrations, data flows, and security
• Collaborate with Payroll, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and MarComm
• Communicate priorities, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
• Adhere to safety policies and complete required safety training
