Job summary

PBI-Gordon Companies is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead HRIS strategy and operations across the employee lifecycle. You will own HR technology platforms, data governance, reporting, and vendor relationships while partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders.

The role blends hands-on configuration with process improvement, upgrades, and cross-functional project leadership. A Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/IT and 5+ years HRIS experience, plus strong Excel/Power BI skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS administration/HR technology experience.
• Advanced data skills; proficient with Excel, Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience supporting and optimizing HR technology platforms and workflows.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, clear stakeholder messaging, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert and administrator for HR technology platforms (HRIS, ATS, Performance Management).
• Lead HR system cycles (performance reviews, merit planning).
• Own HR technology projects from initiation to implementation with stakeholder alignment.
• Lead HR technology migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Configure workflows, security roles, and modules to support HR processes.
• Maintain data integrity, audits, and governance standards across platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, Payroll, and Talent teams to align systems.
• Document workflows and system configurations.
