Job summary

GHP Management Corporation seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic people guidance, mentorship, and direction to leaders across the organization. You will uphold GHP culture, ensure compliance, and drive policies that improve efficiency and employee relations.

Responsibilities include leading community teams, coaching leaders on performance, conducting escalated investigations, and delivering wage-and-hour training.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years HR management or HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment with 300+ employees.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; bilingual English/Spanish advantageous.
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor leaders on culture, employee relations, and performance matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to community teams and set service excellence standards.
• Train, coach, and develop leaders on culture and employee relations matters.
• Investigate escalated issues, prepare notes and reports, and present findings for resolution.
• Prepare and maintain wage-and-hour training for leaders and employees ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Review, edit, and approve corrective action memos and performance improvement plans.
• Partner with leaders to reduce turnover and improve safety and welfare programs.
