• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational psychology, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or workforce planning roles.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and multi-state HR compliance.

• Act as a trusted advisor to US senior leaders on people strategy, org design and talent decisions.
• Translate business strategy into US workforce plans and collaborate with the UK Head of Workforce Development.
