Responsibilities

• Build credibility with business leaders to identify behaviors and performance indicators.
• Lead talent development sessions and Leadership Development programs.
• Develop training on HR topics for client groups and education programs.
• Educate leaders on CA and Federal employment laws and apply them in practices.
• Conduct salary analyses to determine offers and ensure equity.
• Manage annual merit, bonus and compensation programs for client groups.
• Use data to identify trends and reduce turnover and improve engagement.
• Utilize Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts to present actionable HR insights.
