Job summary

Auction Technology Group (ATG) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead workforce strategy for the US. You will partner with C-suite and senior leaders to translate business goals into workforce plans, design scalable org structures, and manage performance and development processes.

You will build and sustain HR frameworks, dashboards, and tools, collaborating with global HR and the UK Head of Workforce Development to ensure alignment with the broader strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or workforce planning.
• Experience building new HR processes, tools or functions from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance.
• Hands-on workforce planning, org design and talent management frameworks.
• Proven influencing, coaching and stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and thought partner to senior US leaders on people strategy and talent decisions.
• Translate business strategy into workforce and people plans aligned with global approach.
• Lead organization design, role clarity, and scalable growth initiatives.
• Own headcount budgeting, rolling workforce plans, and capacity/cost analysis.
• Sponsor and execute performance management, reviews and calibration processes.
• Coach managers on career development, promotions and internal mobility.
