Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR partner/generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience supporting a unionized population, including grievance handling and contract interpretation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish trust and influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors on leadership effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders on talent processes including hiring and onboarding.
