Elkay is seeking an HR Business Partner to support corporate functions by leading HR processes with a focus on employee relations, recruiting and talent management. The HRBP acts as a change agent, ensuring compliant guidance and proactive performance management.

You will translate business goals into HR priorities, drive talent development, oversee salary review cycles, and partner with Centers of Expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR/Business or equivalent.
• 4+ years in associate relations or HR.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Provide HRBP support for all employees, including employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and performance management.
• Translate business goals into HR priorities and implement with Centers of Expertise and HR Services.
• Drive talent assessment, succession planning, and talent conversations with training programs.
• Lead coordination of performance, salary and incentive review processes.
• Execute day-to-day responsibilities and support evolution of a dynamic environment.
• Lead cross-organization projects as needed.

HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner plays a critical role in supporting various corporate functions by leading HR processes with a focus on employee relations, recruiting and talent management. The HRBP serves as a change agent, administrative expert, and employee advocate, leading organization effectiveness and talent development strategies while executing people initiatives, providing internal customer support, and transforming the company culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HRBP support for all employees, ensuring a seamless experience in employee relations, compliance guidance, recruitment assistance, and proactive performance management.
• Translate business goals into HR priorities and ensure effective implementation in partnership with Centers of Expertise and HR Services.
• Drive talent assessment, succession planning, and talent conversations, connecting talent needs across the organization and associated training programs to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Lead the coordination of performance, salary and incentive review processes for the division with stakeholders to ensure fairness, transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Execute day‑to‑day role responsibilities, driving and supporting the evolution of a dynamic business environment.
• Lead cross‑organization projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, with an emphasis on HR/Business or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in associate relations or HR.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
