Responsibilities

• Assist in resolution of employee grievances.
• Prepare files and witnesses for arbitrations and hearings.
• Investigate and address labor relations matters including grievances, harassment, and discrimination.
• Advise on corrective action plans and disciplinary procedures.
• Hold weekly HR meetings with business units to address HR-related needs.
• Provide coaching and development plans to managers and staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve work relationships and retention.
• Liaise with union representatives and participate in labor-management meetings.
