Job summary

Westlake Chemical seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead site-level HR activities at the Deer Park Epoxy plant. You will guide performance management, policy communication, training, and labor relations, partnering with management to support payroll, compensation, and talent development.

You will counsel leaders, manage union relations, and ensure consistent application of practices while driving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM or HRCI certified professional preferred.
• A minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience with exposure to compensation, performance management, talent management, and employee or labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Counsel plant leaders and employees on HR policies, benefits, concerns, and workplace relationships.
• Administer employment practices at corporate and plant levels.
• Assist recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and promotion processes.
• Advise on employee relations issues, complaints, and disciplinary actions.
