Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for Personal Systems to shape workforce strategy and leadership capability. You will work across global teams, partnering with Centers of Excellence and HR colleagues to accelerate transformation and growth.

The role demands deep HR expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and strong change management with a focus on long-term business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or graduate degree in HR or related field.
Typically 10+ years HR work experience, preferably as an HRBP.
Comfortable with new tech and AI; helps optimize processes.
Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to shape workforce and organizational strategies.
Lead workforce planning, organizational design, change management and talent strategies.
Act as trusted advisor to Personal Systems leadership for HR solutions.
Coach senior leaders through organizational change and talent decisions.
Contribute to business strategies with a people and talent lens.
Lead talent, succession, and leadership development initiatives.
