Job summary

FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics in Madison, Wisconsin seeks an experienced HR leader to serve as the site HR lead. You will provide hands-on HR support, partner with business leaders to implement people and capability programs, and oversee core HR and capability initiatives while guiding the HR team.

You will drive talent management, performance, compensation planning, benefits rollout, onboarding, and retention strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company culture.

Qualifications

• HRBP experience with partnering leaders to deliver people solutions.
• Leadership experience and ability to guide HR staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; data-driven mindset.
• Experience with LMS and training programs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site HR leader, delivering hands-on HR support to meet org goals.
• Lead talent, performance management, compensation planning, and workforce planning.
• Coach managers and employees on development and ER matters.
• Roll out benefits, wellness, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Manage staffing and retention analytics; lead internship program.
